ConcertAway provides information and planning tools. Bookings, payments and travel are between you and third-party providers.
The service
ConcertAway is a discovery and planning service for concert travel. We are not a tour operator, travel agent, package organiser, ticket seller or reseller, and we are not the merchant of record for any transaction. We do not hold inventory, reserve seats, issue tickets or take payment for travel.
Information, not advice or offers
Listings, prices, availability, estimates, timings and editorial context are provided for information only and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, a reservation or a guarantee. You are responsible for verifying every detail with the relevant provider before booking or travelling.
Estimates
Trip-cost figures marked as estimates are models built from the assumptions published alongside them. They are not prices, and real costs will differ. We make no claim of guaranteed savings, best prices or complete coverage of any market.
Third-party providers
When you follow an outbound link you contract directly with that provider under their terms. Cancellations, refunds, changes, delays, entry conditions and travel documentation are matters between you and them.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or systematically copy content from this site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it in a way that breaches applicable law.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ConcertAway is not liable for loss arising from reliance on information here, from a booking made with a third party, or from a cancelled, rescheduled or altered event.
Changes
These terms will be updated as the service develops. Continued use means you accept the current version.
