Concert listings are intended to be ingested server-side from licensed catalogue providers and official venue or promoter listings. Travel and accommodation figures are intended to come from partner APIs. City, venue and neighbourhood context is editorial and dated. The live catalogue is ingested from the Ticketmaster Discovery API, and every record carries its source and the time it was last checked.

Price statuses

• Live — retrieved from a connected provider at the moment of display.
• Observed — a real value recorded at the stated checked time; it may have moved since.
• From — the lowest known entry price for the date. Tier, view, fees and conditions apply.
• Estimate — modelled from the assumptions listed alongside it. Not a quote, not held, not bookable.

Every price also carries the time it was checked and the assumptions behind it.

How a trip cost is modelled

A trip estimate is the sum of six declared lines: ticket, outbound travel, return travel, accommodation, local transfer and mandatory fees. Each line states its own assumptions — party size, room count, number of nights, fare band and whether an intercity leg is needed at all. Where the origin is the concert city, the travel and stay lines are set to zero and labelled as such. Nothing is hidden inside a single headline number.

Refresh frequency

Once providers are connected, listings will refresh on a scheduled server-side ingestion cycle and prices will be re-checked on view where the provider permits it. Every surface shows its own checked time, so you can see the age of what you are reading rather than trusting a global promise.

Rankings and ordering

Concert lists are ordered by start date. Tour-stop comparisons are ordered by the tour routing, and the lowest modelled total is marked as such — that is a statement about our estimates, not a claim that it is the cheapest trip available anywhere. Commercial relationships never change ordering, and no partner can pay for placement.

• Coverage is partial and always will be; absence from ConcertAway means nothing about a concert.
• Prices and availability change constantly and can differ from what you see here.
• Estimates are models, not offers, and can be wrong in either direction.
• We do not guarantee savings, best prices, seat quality, or that a date will go ahead.
• Line-ups, casts, programmes and timings change at the promoter's discretion.
