Privacy

What we store, what we measure, and what we deliberately never collect.

Stored on your device

Your chosen origin is saved in your browser's local storage so comparisons survive a page refresh. It never leaves your device except as a short origin code inside anonymous product analytics. You can clear it by resetting the origin selector or clearing site data.

Analytics

We measure product usage — searches performed, concerts viewed, origins set, trip quotes requested and viewed, tour stops compared, offers clicked, trips saved and shared, and assisted-trip requests started and submitted. These events carry identifiers such as an event ID, a city slug, a partner key and counts.

We do not send the contents of form fields, free-text messages, names, email addresses or any other personal detail into analytics. Analytics is consent-aware: until a consent decision exists, events are held in memory and never written to storage or sent anywhere, and a refusal discards them.

No account, no payment

This build has no accounts, no sign-in and no payment. ConcertAway does not take payment details at any point and is not the merchant of record for anything.

Third parties

When you follow an outbound link to a ticketing, travel, accommodation or experience provider, you are on their site under their privacy policy. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, what they collect.

Cookies

We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Local storage is used only for the preference described above.

A published contact route for privacy requests will accompany the first production release of this service.
